With your official Chocolate Trail passport in hand, you’ll visit 16 scrumptious stops featuring locally-made, chocolate-inspired treats. From a nostalgic 1890s candy factory to delightful bakeries, ice cream parlors, cozy cafés, and charming shops, sweet surprises await at every turn.

Swing by the Old National Road Welcome Center at 5701 National Rd. E., Richmond to pick up your FREE chocolate trail passport and receive your “Certified Chocolate Lover” sticker!

Welcome Center Hours:
Summer (May 1 – Oct 31):
Mon–Fri: 8:30 AM–5 PM | Sat: 9 AM–5 PM | Sun: 10 AM–4 PM


Winter (Nov 1 – April 30):
Mon–Fri: 8:30 AM–5 PM | Sat: 10 AM–4 PM | Closed Sunday(But no worries – on Sundays, you can still grab a passport and other brochures from our 24-hour vestibule!)
