The United Kennel Club welcomes coonhound enthusiasts to the Wayne County Fairgrounds in Richmond, Indiana, over Labor Day Weekend where hundreds of the country's best coonhounds will compete, September 1-4 in UKC's annual Autumn Oaks event.Autumn Oaks, which began in 1960, has grown to be the largest UKC coonhound event of the year! Serving as the second leg of the UKC Triple Crown Series, it is truly a renowned coonhound event, as well as a kind of annual celebration. During the three days ow world class competition, participants and their highly-trained hounds compete for National Titles at "The Event Where History is Made." Participants compete for prizes provided by event sponsors, as well as prestige and natural recognition. The UKC coonhound community is proud to offer this family-friendly event. Dog equipment vendors will be on-hand offering pet products to fill every need.Spectators are welcome but are required to leave their own dogs at home. Event hours are from 9-6pm. Admission for Friday & Saturday is $10 per vehicle for the weekend for parking on the grounds, payable at the main entrance gate. Alternatively, person when parking in the Salisbury Road lot. In accordance with UKC rules, no live game is taken, no firearms are allowed in the competition.
