Start at the Welcome Center where you can pick up your Magical Snowflake passport then embark on a journey through Downtown Richmond! Snowflakes will be placed along Main Street to Jack Elstro Plaza. Participants will locate each snowflake and collect letters to form a secret message. Turn in your passport at the Welcome Center for your prize. Each completed passport is an entry to possible be a lucky winner of a prize. Welcome Center hours are Mon-Fri 8:30-5 p.m., and Sat 10-4.**If you complete your Snowflake passport on Sunday, please come into the Welcome Center on Monday to turn your passport in.
