The full moon lunar phase represents the end of the inhalation, completion, and expanding prana (energy). New and full moons create polar energies; physical and mental energy is strongest when the moon is full. The full Moon is a time to be receptive, to take the light and awareness of spirit into your emotional and physical body. It is also a time for reflection and gratitude.This full moon practice will help us to align with the moon’s energy, enhance our connection to the lunar cycle, release tension, and feel restored. It will help to ground, rejuvenate, and fulfill.Moon bathing refers to time spent basking in the moonlight, and is a traditional treatment prescribed to help people keep cool in the summer. It is also believed to help promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety levels, and even help regulate a woman's cycle.
