The 2022 Main Street Richmond Chalk Fest will be held on Saturday, October 1st at Elstro Plaza! This event is FREE to enter and includes free chalk for all participants, with each division winner receiving a cash prize, along with a prize for Best in Show! The mystery theme will be announced on the day of the event with sign-ups being available on a first come, first serve basis. Registration will run from 8:30am-9:00am. Artwork must be completed by 11:00am for judging with the winners announced at 11:30am. TIME: Registration starts at 8:30am. Artwork must be completed between 9:00am-11:00am. Awards announced at 11:30am. PRICE: Free and Open to Everyone
