Enjoy a celebration of the first blooms in Richmond’s beautiful Rose Garden with a hot air balloon glow at dusk. Tickets are $30 for the gourmet catered meal food stations and will begin serving at 6:30 until 8:30 pm. Admission is free to the balloon glow. Rain date June 8. This event raises money for the Rose Garden. Tickets may be purchased at the Wayne County Tourism and Convention Bureau.
