Bike Rentals - FREE - Cycling and Fitness Warehouse
Cycling and Fitness Warehouse, on S. 3rd in Richmond, across from the Cardinal Greenway, rents free bikes. They also rent helmets and locks. Bikes are available on a 1st come 1st served basis.
