The Event Housing reservation flyer is a listing of each facilities quoted discounted event lodging rate with an accompanying property description. The reservation flier is an excellent tool for out-of-town guests seeking suitable lodging accommodations. This can be posted on your website or included in pre-event mailings or emails.
The flyer also provides a toll-free 1-800 reservation hotline number, available for participants to call for reservations, as well as options for online correspondence.
